Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the Latin Quarter. I loved being close to everything, with all the attractions just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the comfortable beds and spacious wardrobe. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for me to prepare my own meals. Additionally, the hotel provided basic toiletries and kitchen supplies like salt, sugar, and tea, which was a nice touch. The strong and reliable wifi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The pool! Super strict no jewelry or tattoos. The ladder to get up from the pool was terrible until I hurt my foot. And if you have tattoos you have to hide from the lifeguard haha.

Room on 36th floor, premier grand, with private check in and access to sky lounge club from which we enjoy beautiful views every day while having breakfast, the staff is very friendly and 5 minutes walk from shinjuku station. Great variety of options for luxury breakfast and snacks. Very spacious room with views, bathtub, mobile phone with local line very useful to use in Tokyo outside the hotel, has everything you need for a perfect stay.

The less welcoming and less helpful staff, too bad.

We stayed at a great hotel in a convenient location with easy access to Narita airport. The hotel was so close to Shinjuku station, making it a breeze to explore the city. We had a comfortable room with a modern bathroom and enjoyed excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and we loved the stunning view from the viewing platform on Level 41. The facilities were top-notch, including a relaxing pool and a cozy lounge. We highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in the city.

This hotel is a true luxury experience with exclusive amenities. the room was spacious and the bathroom had separate areas for shower and bath. the technology available was high, end, including a portable WiFi device and various chargers. the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options, and the lounge area provided a great view.

The only minor issue was the multi, step login process for the WiFi that didn't work well with iPhones. the hotel offered many convenient services, including a tour company and luggage transfer, and the location was perfect with easy access to Shinjuku train station.

It was a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny. The hotel itself was fine, and the staff were really nice too ensure we had a fantastic stay.

hotel is only 10 minutes from Shinjuku Station. While being in a slightly quieter area, it is still very central. Grand Premier service is impeccable. view from the Lounge on the 45th floor is magnificent. You can enjoy this view all day long since you can have breakfast there and Grand Premier rooms offer a small buffet in the afternoon for a tea time and an early evening aperitif.

gym's too small. One of the restaurants very disappointing compared to the others, Duo fourchette whose cuisine is far below what is announced in particular the note on Maps which was higher than 4. Personally, we hesitated between 0 and 1, other restaurants are very good.

The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Shinjuku station and across the street from Tokyo municipal building. The view from our room on the 37th floor facing Shinjuku st. was amazing. The hotel building is very impressive and well-maintained, with classic public spaces. The room was spacious, tastefully designed, and had everything we could think of, including electrical blinds. The staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast had great options with 4 different restaurants to choose from. The guest lounge on the 45th floor was fabulous, offering stunning views and a variety of snacks and drinks.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the spacious, well, equipped rooms with a comfortable bed and high, speed Wi, Fi were outstanding. the location is perfect, close to public transportation and surrounded by restaurants, shops and entertainment options. the staff was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the in, room breakfast selection was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The only minor downside of this hotel was the lack of an outdoor swimming pool. Though the hotel offered a seasonal outdoor pool, I would have preferred a regular outdoor pool for a more luxurious experience.

When we arrived at the hotel with our suitcases, the bellmen didn't even ask us if we needed any help but helped other girls and gave us quotes on the return trip ... a bit limited for a 5*...

Nothing has changed, it's a real pleasure, but be careful with the restaurant with the prices too high, it's a pity.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, everything looked super clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The location was pretty good, just a short walk from a major subway stop, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were great, ensuring that I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Breakfast in the lounge after 9:00 is a bit of a wait because of the number of people there. (It's true that it was December 25th). The happy hour in the lounge had the same snacks on all four days.

Great view from the room on a higher floor and the complimentary smartphone provided for internet access. The location is convenient, within walking distance of a major train station and close to plenty of restaurants and nightlife options.

Poor service from the staff, especially at the check-in counter. The concierge and service in the premier lounge club were subpar and required more training.
